7 “No Compromise” criteria for choosing a long term company to work with
Also, debunking the “MLM is Dead” myth put out by “Marketing Guru’s”
If you have ever tried to build an MLM, you likely found one or more HUGE issues that prevented success. Over the years, I developed what I now call my 7 “No Compromise” criteria for choosing a long term company to work with. If you choose with these criteria in mind and don’t make any exceptions, you will be well rewarded.
* Stability:
o 20 years or more in business.
o In control of all manufacturing processes, pay processes, IT processes, etc
o Able to turn on a dime to add new products if research warrants it.
o 100 year business plan
* Integrity:
o President and/or CEO of the highest integrity in our industry for the last 20 or more years.
o Industry leaders on staff as product consultants and marketing trainers.
* Redirected spending product line. (Crucial)
o Stuff people use every day.
o No need for behavioral modification. (Crucial)
o High Quality
o Unique
o They WORK.
* Products endorsed and used routinely by health care professionals
o Provides credibility. My doctor said to use this.
o Provides good source of professionals getting retail customers
o High retail customer retention
* Compensation:
o Pays up front (fast start, leadership, car bonuses, etc.) (Crucial)
o Long term residual.
o Preferably a unilevel for maximum income.
o Mid-Range Autoship (not too high… not too low)
* Media coverage:
o All positive.
o No negative press, lawsuits, MLM Scam reports, etc.
* Marketing system.
o Must be complete and cover multiple angles of marketing.
o Turn-Key (no tech knowledge needed)
o Low cost
o Pays You!
o Online
+ Proven contact information and closing system
+ Proven customer gathering system
+ Unique & Proven lead capture pages
+ Contact management
+ Proven Autoresponder series
+ Call center
+ Lead Generation
+ Multi customized marketing sites
+ Video training
o Offline

Now, is MLM DEAD? Heck no. You just have to learn how to develop relationships, be a good mentor and find folks who need more money who are willing to learn. Don’t believe the “MLM is Dead” myths that many “big” marketers tell you. They just want you to pay them for training and high priced direct sales so THEY make money… but you won’t.
